Payment and Return

Yes. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us by emailing support@forestpackage.com within 24 hours after payment and we will offer free cancellations and provide you with a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours after the cancellation. However, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it as it may already be in transit.

If the product is damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible to report the issue. If the damage is due to external forces of transportation or quality problems, we will provide instructions on how to return the product and refund.
